Due to COVID-19, we will not be accepting any returns. If goods were damaged upon receipt, you must email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery confirmation with the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM" and include your Order Number.
If there was a problem with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review whether or not it qualifies for a refund.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number.
Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to show on the USPS website.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
We package and ship out your order as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday-Friday will be fulfilled and sent out within 2-3 days while orders placed on the weeks may have slightly longer fulfillment times. Due to recent USPS changes, it now takes 3-10 business days for the USPS Mail Courier to deliver your package.
If there are Postal Delays, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Please note: Postal delays are completely out of our control.
